Adding a dynamic table of contents to the FogBugz wiki

One of our customers (John Fuex) wanted a dynamically generated table of contents feature for his FogBugz wiki. Rather than wait for us to code it, he wrote it up himself using the FogBugz wiki template and some ASP code. You can download the files from the FogBugz Ecosystem wiki and try it out yourself!
